TDF Fairence T-Complex Pigmentation Cream

A scientifically designed pigment lightening cream enhanced by patented Xcelarev® delivery system for melasma that delivers Tranexamic Acid and other brightening actives (Niacinamide and Lactobionic Acid) deeper into the skin.

The three key actives work synergistically to reduce intensity of dark spots and pigmented skin effectively. Tranexamic Acid helps in reduction of melanin production, improving overall skin tone and also reduces vascular factors that contribute to melasma. Niacinamide slows down the transfer of melanin to the skin surface thus reducing uneven pigmentation.

Lastly, Lactobionic Acid, a polyhydroxy acid (PHA) with antioxidant property increases cellular turnover, reducing the appearance of dark spots.

After cleansing and toning, apply on face twice daily. Use of sunscreen is a must. Can be used in conjunction with your conventional treatments and medical procedures or as a maintenance therapy.
